• Notably - Led a specialty retailer through its IPO, then planned, directed and controlled its financial strategies while annual revenues grew from $5 million to $250 million.  Funco, Inc. was recognized by FORTUNE Magazine as the #2 Fastest Growing Company in America.  

• Also - Completed numerous bank financings and capital raises up to $12.5 million.   M & A transactions ranging in size to $165 million.  Directed business downsizings and business turnarounds.
